Coventry University is honoured to partner with Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC) and Metal Finishing News (MFN) to organise the first International Conference on Advanced Surface Enhancement (INCASE) in Singapore from 10 – 12 September.

 
This conference is an excellent opportunity for industry experts to understand more on the latest developments in specific areas of surface enhancement, including advances in measurement techniques, surface finishing, and conventional as well as novel processing methods for fatigue enhancement. Our keynote speakers are Dr Ing Thomas Haubold from Rolls-Royce (UK); Dr Takashi Sato from IHI Corporation (JPN); and Prof. Hong Ming Hui from the National University Singapore. We have also confirmed attendance from industry experts at Boeing and Airbus as well as academia from renowned universities. There are also industry leaders exhibiting their latest products for delegates to view and a technical tour is also arranged.

We will have a concurrent presentation stream, and you are free to choose the session that interests you. All the abstract presentations are pre-selected by our technical committee, and we have received more than 100 abstracts to date. Most of the topics are new, and presenters come from all over the world. It is a great opportunity to learn more about their findings, and there will be interactive sessions provided for you to ask questions.

INCASE 2019 is the first conference to focus on advanced surface enhancement subjects, and we are confident that this event can bring value to our industry and further enhance collaboration amongst the industry experts.
