Viking Blast & Wash Systems announces the release of their newest wheel and rim blaster, the WH2600.  The WH2600 removes paint and rust from wheels and rims for improved paint adhesion and to facilitate visual inspections for defects that may jeopardize wheel safety. This machine can shot blast approximately 320 truck rims per 8 hour shift, or a clean wheel every 1.5 minutes! The WH2600 utilizes 2, 15 HP VC-1 center-fed blast wheels for complete 360-degree coverage.
In addition to increased efficiency, this machine also eliminates operator lifting by using a pneumatic loader that elevates the wheel and uses a gentle decline to load the machine. Wheels are blasted on a timed cycle and automatically ejected onto the exit table for pick-up with an overhead monorail.
Rugged and durable construction with a complete 1/2“ thick cast chrome/moly lining protects the blast cabinet  from abrasive wear, ensuring long life and low maintenance.
