About A3TS: It groups together the representatives of various companies and organisations within Europe of which the activities are linked to material treatments such as surface preparation, heat treatment, furnaces, various measurement and inspection equipment, and so forth.

A3TS promotes exchange and collaboration between its members through technical meetings, conferences, debates, and national technical days that act as real heat treatment conventions. Through the European associations (AWT, AIM, ASTT...), A3TS is part of an opening-up approach that is aimed at promoting heat treatment and surface treatment in Europe.
A3TS is also a regional network with 7 sections, a continuous training organization, and is responsible for editing technical publications.

For MFN, it has been always important to work together with other organizations around the globe to maximise synergies and networking. MFN enjoys a number of such cooperations or partnerships with organizations such as FEMS, Nadcap, NACE, and exhibitors such as SF EXPO CHINA, Metal & Steel, etc. Furthermore, MFN has tied up with Universities in Singapore, Germany and Spain to provide the best possible infrastructure for its education programs.

It is a great opportunity for MFN to work together with A3TS within France. Using this new partnership, MFN will host the next shot-peening workshop (levels 1-3) in Reims from November 25 to 27. It is planned to have two workshops every year: one in Spring, and one in Autumn.

Besides having good cooperation for the workshops, MFN and A3TS shall benefit from each other's networking and expertise.

Best Regards
