Electronics Inc. of Mishawaka, Indiana will be conducting its 11th annual Shot Peening and Blast Cleaning Workshop and Trade Show on October 30, 31 and November 1 in San Antonio, Texas.

The workshop is three days of intensive instruction on all aspects of the shot peening and blast cleaning industry. Topics covered include: Peening Theory, Equipment, Applications and Practice; Machine Set-ups; Almen Gage Practice; Auxiliary Equipment; Statistical Process Control; Understanding Specs and Prints; Machine Maintenance; Blast Cleaning Tips and Techniques; Masking Techniques; and Training for Auditors and Inspectors. Products design engineers, machine operators, foremen, supervisors, maintenance and quality control engineers will benefit from the workshop.

The trade show will feature companies that provide products and services to the shot peening and blast cleaning industry.
The cost of the workshop is $850 and includes workbook, break refreshments, breakfasts and lunches. Exhibit space for the trade show is $2000 and includes breakfast and lunch for the duration of the event for two people staffing the booth. Electronics Inc. will also offer Level I, II and III Shot Peening Exams for qualified students on Friday, November 2 for a fee of $100.

The workshop will be held at the Adam's Mark Hotel with discounted room rates for workshop attendees and trade show exhibitors.
