2019 China (Guangzhou) Int’l Metal & Metallurgy Exhibition

2018 China (Guangzhou) Int’l Metal & Metallurgy Exhibition was successfully held on June 6 to 8, 2018 in Guangzhou Import and Export Pazhou Complex. The total exhibition area reached 20,000 sqm. 328 exhibitors from the metal and metallurgy line from all over the world plus thousands of visitors attended the fair.
This exhibition featured metal plates, bar, wire and metal processing equipment; pipes; stainless steel; fasteners, springs and equipment; die-casting, casting, heat treatment, industrial furnace and metal, stamping machine; bearings; and non-ferrous metals (copper). The Exhibition displayed raw materials, processing technology and equipment, and products. Due to the large scale, strong professional and participating companies revealed interdependent products, playing a huge industrial chain effect, the results of a large transaction. After careful planning and careful organization, with exhibitions by relevant government departments and relevant social groups, which is an important concern within the industry, achieved a good social effect and economic benefits, which the majority of exhibitors recognized, as 50% of enterprises began making bookings for next year’s booth at the scene.

Exhibitors data analysis

Good organization of the exhibition and enthusiastic service won great praise from exhibitors, especially the characteristics of a high degree of professional business visit and volumes. A sample survey of exhibitors showed that the vast majority of exhibitors believed the expected purpose of the exhibition was reached, with overseas exhibitors believing the quality of the audience rated as "very good" and "good" accounted for 80%, the average quality of the audience accounted for 20%; while during the exhibition in negotiation with customers, overseas exhibitor turnover accounted for 35%, at the end of the exhibition, further contact accounted for 60%; domestic exhibitors accounted for 60% of the transaction, and at the end of the exhibition was further linked to 80%.Consequently, the exhibitors were satisfied with the results, and unanimously expressed a bright spot; that is, the high turnover rate and the number of international buyers. Foreign buyers were very understanding of their products, and purchases by various nationalities were up by more than 20. Many exhibitors said consultation buyers were too many, and they temporarily could not cope with this influx, so they will exhibit next year. According to the organizers, at exhibition end, more than half of the businesses had begun to consult over booking a booth for the next year.

Visitors to the data analysis

The total number of visitors reached more than fifty thousand, including those overseas accounting for 20% of the audience, with visitors from France, Britain, the United States, Mexico, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Italy, Malaysia, Russia, Dubai and professional buyers from other countries visiting and purchasing especially. Field sampling interviewed 100 people; some of them said they had been tracking the exhibition, by looking at a number of enterprises in the exhibition evolving, year by year. Many visitors believed the exhibition was an indispensable platform for their learning technology and procurement products, clarifying their need to purchase the effect they required.
