3 days Onsite Shot Peening Training in HAL, Bengaluru

MFN India successfully completed a 3 days on-site Shot Peening training in Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), Helicopter division, Bengaluru, from 23rd-25th November 2023.
The participants through the MFN Basic, Intermediate, and Advance level shot peening training, not only refreshed their knowledge, but also gained insights into further process optimization to achieve better results.
MFN training is designed such that it can be instrumental in assisting the team to set new benchmark for improvisation in their current shot peening operations. It further motivates the team, improves their confidence, by sharing industrial practices as per latest industrial standards and ensure what they are doing is correct.
HAL is one of India’s largest and world’s oldest defense PSUs making light combat aircraft and helicopters since 1960s, their largest customer Indian army and Indian Airforce. HAL has recently also started operations in the new helicopter factory, spread across 615 acres in Tumkur, Karnataka.
