The annual MFN Shot Peening Training was successfully conducted in Mumbai from 19th to 21st January 2026, marking another milestone in MFN’s commitment to skill development in surface engineering. Now a regular yearly event, the three-day program attracted participants from across India, representing aerospace, nuclear power, automobile manufacturing, and job-shop operations. 

The training maintained its hallmark interactive format, combining theory with practical problem-solving. Participants actively engaged in saturation curve exercises and benefited from focused discussions on quality practices and process control. The sessions also provided clarity on current international standards and offered insights into alternative and emerging technologies in shot peening.

As promised, the program was both informative and engaging, with participants returning to their organizations equipped with enhanced technical understanding and renewed enthusiasm.
